BUONGIORNO PROJECTS: 2003

BizBravo

Buongiorno attempted to capitalise on its technology capabilities by developing a scaled-down version of its email delivery platform for use by small-to-medium sized businesses. The original version of the site was developed in Italy and did not address a UK audience. I created a more user-friendly navigation scheme and worked closely with a UK designer to organise and present the content as effectively as possible, given the restraints of the pre-existing Italian templates. I also wrote all landing page copy, marketing and technical FAQs, case studies, and the user guide, which also served as the online help.

BUONGIORNO PROJECTS: 2001 - 2002

Avon

Avon hired Buongiorno to create a viral email that could be used to build interest in a new range of nail polish aimed at a younger demographic. Following the client's brief, I provided design direction and wrote the copy for the email and the flash movie that was launched within the email. Screen shot of viral email > >

NTL

As part of its broadband roll-out in specific areas of the UK, NTL wanted to target customers via email. The core of the brief lay with showing readers a clear difference between standard dial-up speeds and broadband. To do this, we developed an interactive email that allowed readers to see for themselves how much faster a broadband connection could be. Again, I provided design direction and wrote copy based on the client's brand guidelines and style. View interactive email > >

L'Oreal

L'Oreal wanted to target its online audience with a fun, innovative email that would encourage readers to forward the email to friends. I worked closely with a design agency to develop the concept for the flash movie within the email and wrote all associated copy. Screen shot of viral email > >
